Email hello@getatreeum.com and we will get back to you, usually within two days. Telling us your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.

Good to know

• We cannot see your journal. Entries live on your device and in your own iCloud, so support never involves us reading your writing. See the privacy policy.
• Moving to a new iPhone? With iCloud sync on, your journal arrives on its own after you sign in to iCloud and open Atreeum.
• AI insights are optional. Turn them on or off anytime in Settings. Marking an entry private keeps it out of all analysis.
• Heart features need an Apple Watch and permission in Apple Health. Without one, those features stay quietly out of the way.

Something feels wrong?

If the app misbehaves, force-quitting and reopening it resolves most hiccups. If it does not, email us what happened and what you expected. Screenshots help, but please crop out anything personal you would rather not share.
